Nature is a sanctuary where it helps in the healing process after a traumatic brain injury.

Be Patient

Just remember to be patient when you are becoming someone you haven’t been before.

Through TBI there might be battles to overcome but it does not mean you’re broken, take time to slow down and appreciate the little things.
